Donnacha Ryan

Rugby Player // Racing 92 and Ireland

A Tipperary-native, Donnacha Ryan become the epitome of a proud red-blooded Munster man throughout his 13 years playing at Thomond Park. Following almost 170 appearances for his province, Ryan moved to Racing 92 in the French Top 14 at the end of the 2016/2017 season.

Having represented Ireland at all levels during his youth, Ryan made his debut for the Irish national team on 22 November 2008 in a test against Argentina. Despite vying with the likes of Paul O’Connell, Donncha O’Callaghan and Devin Toner for much of his career, Ryan has 47 caps for his country – becoming an integral member of the side in recent years.
